This is the job that gets a property back to a starting point. Beds gone to weeds, brush swallowing a fence line, a season of frond and leaf drop, or a yard that got away from a previous owner. We cut it back, clear it out, and load every bit of it onto the trailer.
The haul-off matters. Plenty of outfits will do the labor and leave you with fifteen bags at the curb and a pickup that will not take them. Everything we cut leaves with us.

A cleanup is the cheapest way to find out what you have
It is common to clear an overgrown bed and find a healthy esperanza, a producing citrus, or good edging buried under three years of weeds. Before spending real money on a redesign, a cleanup tells you what is actually worth keeping.
Once the property is reset, holding it there is inexpensive. It is the catching up that costs, which is why we would rather put you on a schedule afterward than sell you the same cleanup again next year.

Do you take the debris with you?
Yes, always. Everything we cut is loaded and hauled off the same day. You are not left with bags at the curb.
Can you clean up a rental between tenants?
Yes. Turnover cleanups are routine and we can work from a walkthrough or from photos if you are managing the property from out of town.
How long does a full cleanup take?
Most residential cleanups are a single day. Heavily overgrown lots or properties untouched for years can take two. We will tell you which one you are looking at when we quote it.
